Recommended Action
If this alarm is raised, do the following.
- Log in to the Web UI.
- Locate the Alarm.
- Click the critical alarm count in the Alarm Dashboard.
- Click this alarm number.
- Click the date of the occurrence.
- Click the associated UI object.
- Click the critical alarm count in the Alarm Dashboard.
- Make note of the ASP ID in the Event Context. Use this information to identify the ASP to which this association belongs by doing the following:
- Click SG in the side menu.
- Click M3UA.
- Click M3UA Configured ASPs.
- Click the ASP with the name and ASP ID identified in the Event Context.
- Click the ASP Association identified in the alarm Event Context.
- Click SG in the side menu.
- Use the Remote IP Address and Port to identify the ASP Association.
- Reconfigure this association with more than one out stream. Valid values are 2 to 256.
- After completing the task in step 5, the ASP can re-establish its ASP Association.
