Recommended Action
If this alarm is raised, follow these steps to verify that the SCCP application has shutdown or deactivated the NA for this Inter Process Communication (IPC) Connection.
If the operator has not executed a manual shutdown or upgrade, then contact Customer Support.
- Log in to the Web UI as root.
- From the Applications Main Menu, click SG.
- Click SCCP NAs.
- If no SCCP NAs exist, follow these steps.
- Click Create SCCP NA.
- Enter Network Appearance information as required.
- Click Create.
- Click Create SCCP NA.
- Check that the NA Status is Active.
- If the Network Appearance is not active, click it.
- Click Activate.
- If the Network Appearance is not active, click it.
- From the Applications Main Menu, click SCCP.
- Verify that the associated NA is active.
- If the SCCP NA is not active, click Activate.
