In this section:

This object specifies the Use Location Table values for this Location code while cranking back on the next route.

To View Location

On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Call Routing Profiles > Crankback Profile > Reason > Location

Select the desired Crankback Profile and the desired Reason from the drop-down list to view and edit its respective Location list.

To Edit Location

To edit any of the Location in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Location name.

The Edit Selected Location window is displayed below.

You would not be able to make any changes as the field is read only.

To Create Location

To create a new Location, click New Location tab on the Location List panel.

Identifies the target Crank Back entry.

Options are:

  • gwLinkFailure: This option allows the GW-GW signaling link (TCP connection) failure to initiate call crankback. To crankback for GW-GW link failures only, set Use Location Value to “enabled”, reason code to “3” and Location to “gwLinkFailure”.

     
  • internationalNet – International network.
  • natReserved6 – Reserved
  • natReserved12 – Reserved
  • netBeyondInterPoint – Network beyond interworking point (BI).
  • privateLocal – Private network serving the local user (LPN).
  • privateRemote – Private network serving the remote user (RPN).
  • publicLocal – Public network serving the local user (LN).
  • publicRemote – Public network serving the remote user (RLN).
  • transitNet – Transit network (TN)
  • user

To Copy Location

To copy any of the created Location and to make any minor changes, click the radio button next to the specific Location to highlight the row.

Click Copy Location tab on the Location List panel.

The Copy Selected Location window is displayed along with the field details which can be edited.

Make the required changes to the required fields and click Save to save the changes. The copied Location is displayed at the bottom of the original Location in the Location List panel.

To Delete Location

To delete any of the created Location, click the radio button next to the specific Location which you want to delete.

Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.

Click Yes to remove the specific Location from the list.
