B2BUA Credentials and Registration Configuration Parameters

    ItemDescription

    Credentials and Registration

Displays a list of registered AORs. Refer to Manage B2BUA Credentials and Registration.

    AOR

Displays the Address of Record or Username. The values in this column can be one of the following:

Username—If the entry is an Authentication credential or the registrar is the default proxy, this column displays the Username, for example, 2408881028.

SIP URI—If the entry is for registering an AOR to the non-default proxy, full SIP URI is displayed. For example, sip:1234567890@sipdomain.com. Where “sipdomain.com” is the domain name of the registrar.

Default—For default or wild card credentials.

    Auth-User

Displays the authentication user. If the field is blank, the authentication user is the same as the Username.

The AOR Auth-User field supports up to 50 characters. A warning message is displayed on the B2BUA Trunking Configuration page if more than 50 characters are entered.

    Password

Specifies the shared secret for SIP digest authentication.

    Registrar

    Displays registrar information:

If an address was given for a non-default registrar, this is shown in the format IP-ADDRESS:PORT.

If no address was given for a non-default registrar, this field is blank because the address is determined through a DNS A lookup.

The field displays “Default” for the default SIP Registrar.

    Status

    Displays registration status:

Trying—The register request has been sent but no response has been received yet.

OK—A 200 response was received. The registration is successful.

Error message—The error code and the error phrase are displayed. For example, the registration failed for 403 Forbidden.

    Transport

Displays the transport protocol used for Registration. If the default SIP server is configured as the registrar, then the SIP server Transport is shown as the transport protocol. When the SIP server Transport is 'Pass Through', UDP is chosen as the transport protocol.

    Credentials - New Entry

    Username

Enter a valid SIP Username. This becomes part of the user portion of the AOR. If you want to enter a default credential, leave this field blank.

    UDP
