Use the Service Registry window to configure options for the Service Registry component within the Service Discovery framework. Currently, the SBC uses Domain Name System (DNS) servers for Service Registry. For more information on how the SBC uses a DNS-based Service Discovery framework to determine IP addresses for certain services, refer to Service Discovery for Trap Target Destinations and EMS Registration.
On the SBC main screen, go to All > System> Service Discovery > Service Registry
The Service Registry window opens showing the current settings for the DNS Service Registry. Currently, DNS is the only supported type of Service Registry.
To edit the settings of the Service Registry:
Click the radio button adjacent to the "dns" entry. The Edit Selected Service Registry window opens.
You cannot copy or delete the Service Registry configuration.
