This object displays the Call Resource Detail Status.
On SBC main screen, go to All > Global > Call Resource Detail Status. The Call Resource Detail Status window is displayed.
By default only ten entries are displayed in a view. You can choose the number of entries to be displayed under the Show entries drop down box.

When the call volumes are high, EMA takes approximately 30 seconds to display the output.
