software package from the Salesforce customer portal:Type the URL: www.sonus.net in your browser and press Enter. The Sonus Corporate Portal page appears:

Click Login > Customer Portal.

The Login window appears.Enter your Sonus provided credentials to log on to the portal.

The Sonus Global Support Portal window appears.Click Support.

Click SW DOWNLOAD.
Software Download Menu
The Select Software screen appears.- Perform the following:
- Select SBC 5XX0 from the Product drop-down list.
Select Linux From the Operating System drop-down list. The list of Software Bundles that are matching the Product and the Operating System appears below.
Selecting the Software and Operating System
Click Request Download on the SBC_V06.02.00R000 software bundle.
Download Request
The Software Download Form page is displayed.Enter the address details and accept the End-User License Agreement.

Click Submit.
The Software Request screen displays. The Request Status initially displayed as Submitted state.Download Request Submitted State
- Click SUPPORT and then SW DOWNLOAD.
Click Download Requests tab.
Download in Process
Once the download request is approved the software download request status changes to In Process state. When the software is available for download, the status changes to Download Available state.Download Available State
- Click the Software Request ID associated with the software bundle.
The Download page appears. Click on the download URL from the Software Requests section to download the software.
Software Downloaded State
The browser redirects you to the following page and a pop-up window appears to save your file. If the pop-up window fails to appear, click the click here link to save your file.Download Manager
- Save the software to your local PC or server.
