Specifies the range of call termination reason codes that, when returned by Egress Signaling, cause the
On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Call Routing Profiles > Crankback Profile > Reason . The Reason window is displayed.
Select the desired Crankback Profile from the drop-down list to view and edit its respective Reason list.
To edit any of the Reason in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Reason name.
The Edit Selected Reason window is displayed below.
Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
To create a new Reason, click New Reason tab on the Reason List panel.
The Create New Reason window is displayed.
The following fields are displayed:
To delete any of the created Reason, click the radio button next to the specific Reason which you want to delete.
Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.
Click Yes to remove the specific Reason from the list.
