The Packet Statistics window displays the status of packet ports with regards to Rx and Tx packets.
From the SBC main screen, navigate to Monitoring > Dashboard > Ports > Ethernet Port > Packet Statistics. The Packet Statistics window displays.
By default only ten entries are displayed in a view. You can choose the number of entries to be displayed under the Show entries drop down box.
The following fields are displayed:
Packet Statistics parameters
Parameter | Description |
---|
Port Name | The name of this port. |
Rx Packets | The number of received packets. |
Tx Packets | The number of transmitted packets. |
Rx Errors | The number of bad packets received. |
Tx Errors | The number of packet transmit failures. |
Rx Dropped | The number of packets dropped due to no receive buffers. |
Tx Dropped | The number of packets dropped due to no transmit buffers. |
