The
Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
hardware platform comes equipped with four media ports and is available in three models based on the media port configuration. Customers must purchase the appropriate model based on their interface and capacity requirements.
The media ports are enabled on the chassis depending upon the network interface license installed.

Media Ports Speed and Descriptions
Media Port Speed | Description |

10 Gbps | - Pkt0 runs at 10 Gbps
- Pkt1, Pkt2, and Pkt3 are inactive

1 Gbps | In 4x1Gbps mode: - Pkt0, Pkt1, Pkt2, and Pkt3 run at 1 Gbps and all the four ports are configurable.
- Pkt2 and Pkt3 ports will not operate without the 4x1Gbps license.
In 2x1 Gbps mode: - Pkt0 and Pkt1 run at 1 Gbps
- Pkt2 and Pkt3 are inactive

In 10 Gbps mode, only media0 is configurable and operable.
- 2 x 1 Gbps mode is a default mode that any SBC 5400 platform can use. A license is required to use both 4 x 1 Gbps and 1 x 10 Gbps modes.
- If there is no license, only ports 0 and 1 are operable.
Media port speed is user-configurable. The following licenses support the media port configurations:
- SBC-4X1GMP – This license allows four 1 Gbps media ports.
- SBC-1X10GMP – This license allows one 10 Gbps media port.

Note
A media port operating in 10GbE mode supports 10Gb/s speed, full-duplex only and auto-negotiations is unsupported in this mode. Media ports operating in 1GbE mode supports operation at 1Gb/s speed, full duplex mode only with auto-negotiation enabled.
Any changes to the media port speed, deletes the existing configuration. To use the option, Enable 10G Media Speed
