The SBC may continually trigger this alarm if it loses connection to the syslog server and is configured to push Account logs to a remote syslog server while no account logs are getting generated. This is required in order to preserve the integrity of the accounting logs. The SBC will stop triggering this alarm once calls occur. Alternatively, you can stop the alarms by disabling and enabling the typeAdmin acct sysLog state.
