Description

The SBC connection to VNFM cannot be established. Triggered if the SBC fails to successfully register with VNFM upon startup or subsequently if the heartbeat between SBC and VNFM is missed.

Repetition

Each time the heartbeat is lost between the SBC and VNFM.
