The SBC uses the Test Call Number Profile to verify PSX test data access. The SBC uses this profile to determine whether to send a PSX query to a test PSX or to the production PSX. When the SBC receives a call from one of the configured numbers in the Test Call Number Profile, the SBC sends the PSX query to the test PSX, if available.
When the SBC receives a call from a number not included in the Test Call Number Profile, the SBC sends the PSX query to the production PSX.
On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Profiles > Services > Test Call Number Profile.
The Test Call Number Profile window is displayed, along with the Test Call Profile Number List frame.
To Create a New Test Call Number Profile
To create a new Test Call Number Profile, click New Test Call Number Profile. The Create New Test Call Number Profile frame is displayed.
The parameters are described in the table below:
Click Save to save the changes. Click Undo Edits to roll back to the last saved state. On saving successfully, the Success message appears. Click Ok to complete the creation process.
To Copy a Test Call Number Profile
To copy a Test Call Number Profile, select the profile from the Test Call Profile Number List frame.
Click Copy Test Call Number Profile. The Copy Selected Test Call Number Profile frame is displayed.
Provide a suitable name for the profile, and then click Save to save the changes. Click Undo Edits to roll back to the last saved state. On saving successfully, the Success message appears. Click Ok to complete the copying process.
To Delete a Test Call Number Profile
To delete a Test Call Number Profile, select the profile from the Test Call Profile Number List frame.
Click the Delete icon corresponding to the selected profile name.
A pop-up seeking confirmation for deletion is displayed.
Click Yes to confirm deletion. On successful deletion, a pop-up message is displayed. Click Ok to finish the deletion process.
