In EdgeView versions 15.3.0 and higher, the install-ev.sh script supports the automatic installation and upgrade of Docker and Docker Compose.

Download and execute the install-ev.sh script to install or upgrade Docker and Docker Compose to the most recent/stable versions (login to the Ribbon Support portal to download the script).

To know whether the installation or upgrade completed successfully, check the installation log. For a successful installation, a single log file is present, while for a successful upgrade, more than one log file is present. 

A log file is of the following format:
