Emergency Call Profile - Urn Prefix

This indicates the list of Emergency prefix URN. It is a dynamic list of alpha-numeric strings and you can configure up to 10 of them..

To View Urn Prefix

On SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Services > Emergency Call Profile > Urn Prefix. The Urn Prefix window is displayed.

The Urn Prefix can be checked for each Emergency Call Profile or for all the Emergency Call Profiles created. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Emergency Call Profile.

To Edit Urn Prefix

To edit any of the Urn Prefix in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Urn Prefix name.

The Edit Selected Urn Prefix window is displayed below.

You can not edit any fields as they are read-only.

To Create Urn Prefix

To create a new Urn Prefix, click New Urn Prefix tab on the Urn Prefix List panel.

The Create New Urn Prefix window is displayed.

To Delete Urn Prefix

To delete any of the created Urn Prefix, click the radio button next to the specific Urn Prefix which you want to delete.

Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.

Click Yes to remove the specific Urn Prefix from the list.
