When configuring log access through EMA, you must be "admin" user. See Managing SBC Core Users and Accounts for descriptions of users and permissions.
Log Access is available in both EMA Platform Manager and EMA modes. However, it is available in EMA Platform Manager mode only when the application is active on that node. During a switch over in HA pair, settings are carried over to the new active node.
For security protection, the Netconf interface does not support "/aaa" records.
Use this object to configure Operator user access to log files in Log Management. Refer to Log Management for additional details.
On the SBC main screen, go to Troubleshooting > Call Trace/Logs/Monitors > Log Access. The Log Access window is displayed.
