Use the IP ACL Overall Statistics to view the number of times packets did not match any IP ACL rule. Statistics are shown per address context.  

On the SBC main screen, go to Monitoring > Security > IP Access Control List > IP ACL Overall Statistics or
All > Address Context > IP Access Control List > IP ACL Overall Statistics 

The IP ACL Overall Statistics window opens with results for all address contexts. Select an address context in the Address Context list to filter the output for a specific address context.
