Use the DSP Usage Interval Statistics window to view DSP resource usage, per codec, for a series of statistics intervals. To set the statistics time interval and the number of intervals to report, refer to System - Interval Statistics.
On the SBC main screen, go to Monitoring > System > Category: System Status and Statistics > DSP Res > DSP Usage Interval Statistics or
All > System > DSP Res > DSP Usage Interval Statistics
The DSP Usage Interval Statistics window opens.
DSP Usage Interval Statistics
The following output is displayed:
DSP Usage Interval Statistics
Parameter | Description |
---|
Number | Specifies a sequence number which identifies the interval for which the set of statistics is shown. |
System Name | The node name. |
Interval Valid | A setting of 'true' indicates the interval contains valid data during the time interval. Each interval is for a configurable fixed time (default interval is 15 minutes) starting on the hour. For example, if the system starts at 12:05, the first interval at 12:15 will not be valid because it is less than the 15-minute interval. Subsequent intervals will be valid upon meeting the 15-minute time interval. System switch-overs also cause invalid intervals because data is lost during the interval. |
Time | System up time when the interval statistics were collected. |
The following statistics appear for each codec. Statistics are collected once per second. - <codec>Peak Used Count – The peak number of resources used for the specified codec since the SBC started up.
- <codec>Average Used Count – The running average number of used DSP resources for the specified codec since the SBC started up.
- <codec>Average Avail Count – The running average number of free DSP resources for the specified codec since the SBC started up.
