Recommended Action

If this alarm is raised, follow these steps.

1. Log in to the Web UI as root.
   
   
2. Locate the Alarm.   
   1. Click on the alarm category count at the top of the UI.
      
      
   2. Click on this alarm number.
      
      
   3. Click on the date of the occurrence.
      
      
   4. Click Associated UI Object.
      
      
3. Ensure that all cards supporting the DSC DB are up and running.
   
   
4. If these cards are functioning as expected, make sure that the dbagent binaries are stable.
