Use the P-Area-Info screen to configure the behavior of the P-Area-Info header in this XHeader Profile.

To View and Edit P-Area-Info

On the SBC main screen, choose a path:

  • Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Signaling Profiles > XHeader Profile > P-Header Extensions > P-Area-Info
  • All > Profiles > Signaling > XHeader Profile > P-Header Extensions > P-Area-Info 

Select the XHeader Profile you want to configure from the drop-down list. The P-Area-Info window is displayed.

Use the following table to configure the options and then click Save.


P-Area Info Parameters:

Parameter

Recv Header

Enable this flag to receive the P-Area-Info header on the ingress.

  • Disabled
  • Enabled (default)

Send Header

Enable this flag to send the P-Area-Info header on the egress.

  • Disabled
  • Enabled (default)
