EMA web-based applications are:
- Browsers—Using browsers other than those recommended may result in unpredictable behavior.

Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
EMA uses cookies to persist some user settings. Copy and Paste—You can copy, cut and paste text from form fields using standard Windows keyboard commands.
You can copy text from any area of EMA and paste it elsewhere; however, you can only paste text into EMA form fields.
- Popup Blockers—Disable any Popup blockers on your web browser prior to starting EMA. Failure to disable Popup blockers will interfere with the proper operation of EMA.
- Desktop Shortcuts—Clicking desktop shortcuts and URL links can launch web pages in an active Sonus EMA window. To prevent this from happening in Internet Explorer, change your settings as follows:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the Internet Explorer menu bar, select Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options window appears.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Uncheck Reuse windows for launching shortcuts.
- Drag and Drop—Do not drag and drop to create desktop shortcuts to EMA. Do not double-click the shortcut to EMA on the desktop, it causes an error.
- Fonts—EMA works with your browser’s and your system’s default font settings. Increasing font size or changing fonts from proportional width to fixed width fonts may cause display problems.
- Keyboard Shortcuts—Do not use browser keyboard shortcuts in conjunction with Sonus EMA. They may cause undesirable results.
- Internet Explorer’s Auto Complete—Internet Explorer’s Auto Complete feature saves your previous entries made in form fields. It stores them, making them available to you as you are typing information into a field. You can configure these settings or disable this feature entirely.
- On the Internet Explorer menu bar, select Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options window appears.
- Click the Content tab.
- Click Settings in the AutoComplete area. The AutoComplete Settings window appears.
- Select the required check boxes for the AutoComplete options that you want to use.
- Click OK to save the changes.
