The Emergency Services Configuration page contains a setting for specifying the duration of Call Status entries.
In the left navigation pane, go to Emergency Services > Configuration.
Specifies the duration of time, in hours, that a call remains in the Call Status Table.
Enables or disables the Call Preemption feature, which preempts an existing non-emergency call if a 911 call is attempted when all outbound channel resources of a signalling group are full. Call preemption applies only to calls on routed signalling groups (whether inbound or outbound) based on configuration.
