This section specifies the long duration call supervision.

To View and Edit Long Duration Call

On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Trunk Provisioning > Trunk Group > H323Trunk Group > H323 Trunk Advanced > H323 Trunk - Services - Advanced - Long Duration Call. The Long Duration Call window is displayed.

The Long Duration Call can be checked for each Address Context, for each Zone, for each H323Trunk Group created or for all the Address Contexts, Zones and H323Trunk Groups created. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Address Context, Zone and H323Trunk Group.

The Edit Long Duration Call window is displayed.

Parameter Descriptions:

Parameter

Description

Ldc TimeoutTimeout value (in minutes) of the long-duration call timer. 
  • 0 – Use to disable the timer (default).
  • 60-2880 – Sets timer to specified value.
Ldc Action

Action to take if the long-duration call timer expires:

  • No Action
  • Release
  • Trap
  • Trap and Release
Ldc Rel CauseQ.850 release value to use if the call is released due to a long-duration call timer expiry. (default = 41).
Ldc Emergency CallsFlag to include/exclude Emergency Calls in/from Long Duration Call Disconnect procedures.
