In this section:
The global country object allows you to configure the information about specific countries in your network. The Country table is pre-populated with sample Country IDs and descriptions when you first install the database. You must add any missing country codes applicable to your network to ensure accurate call processing.
On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Call Routing > Country. The Country window is displayed.

To edit any of the Country in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Country name.
The Edit Selected Country window is displayed below.

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
To create a new Country, click New Country tab on the Country List panel.

To copy any of the created Country and to make any minor changes, click the radio button next to the specific Country to highlight the row.
Click Copy Country tab on the Country List panel.

The Copy Selected Country window is displayed along with the field details which can be edited.

| Select any one of the matching pattern.

Make the required changes to the required fields and click Save to save the changes. The copied Country is displayed at the bottom of the original Country in the Country List panel.
To delete any of the created Country, click the radio button next to the specific Country which you want to delete.
Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.
Click Yes to remove the specific Country from the list.
