This section describes the Status LEDs located on the front panel of the SBC 1000/2000 chassis. Overall, when all four Status LEDs are lit green, the system is powered up and is in good operating condition. See below for individual LED ranges. This status LED indicates the power conditions of the SBC 1000/2000 system. The normal state of this LED is on and green.

Off | System is not connected to power source. |
This status LED indicates the alarm state of the SBC 1000/2000 system. The normal state of this LED is green, indicating there is no alarm.

Off | Warning (indicates the lowest severity level of an alarm has occurred). |
Amber | Minor alarm. |

The Peer Node Status LED is also recognized as the Locator LED when configuring this option in the WEB GUI.
This status LED is green when the SBC 1000/2000 system is fully powered up. It is also used as a system locator LED for the SBC unit (the green blinking light helps network personnel easily locate the SBC in a rack with other equipment). Through the WEBUI, this LED can be turned off or made to blink once per second. See Configuring Host Information and DNS.

The Ethernet LEDs displayed represent a SBC 1000; the Ethernet LEDs function is the same for the SBC 2000.
This Ethernet Port Status LEDs indicate the status conditions of the Ethernet ports on the SBC 1000/2000 system.
