HA Pair Differences window provides the options to find hardware and software differences between two SBC HA peers.

The HA Pair Difference functionality is available only for an SBC that is part of an HA Pair. For more information on how to install HA Pair, refer to Installing ERE HA Pair.

To View HA Pair Differences

  1. On the SBC main screen, go to Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Tools > HA Pair Differences. The HA Pair Differences window is displayed.

  2. Click Find HA Pair Difference to view the software and hardware differences.

    Once the comparison is complete, the following information and differences (if any) are displayed on the screen.

    The comparison lists the version information of the following components or items on the SBC HA peers:

    HA Pair Information

    ItemDescription
    ApplicationSpecifies the Application name information.
    BMCSpecifies the BMC details information.
    BIOSSpecifies the BIOS information.
    OSSpecifies the OS version information.
    Product NameSpecifies the product name information.
    Product VersionSpecifies the product version information.
    Chassis Part NumberSpecifies the chassis part number information.
    FRU SPS 100 (ID 3)Specifies the part number for the field replacement unit.
    FRU DB0 (ID 4)Specifies the part number for the field replacement unit.
    FRU DB1 (ID 5)Specifies the part number for the field replacement unit.

    The component or item version differences on the HA peers are highlighted in Red. A status message showing the number of differences between the HA peers is displayed on the top left corner of the screen.
