The SIP Registrar Counters screen reflects data for SIP Local Registrar registrations received/rejected.

Access the SIP Local Registrar Counters as follows:

  1. Click on the Settings tab
  2. In the left navigation pane, go to SIP > Local Registrar.
  3. From the desired entry in the SIP Local Registrar Table, click Counters.

Accepted Registrations

SIP Registrations accepted.

Rejected Registrations

Number of SIP Registrations rejected.

Current Users

Users currently acknowledged by the SIP Registrar.

Clearing SIP Registrar Counters

The Reset Counters option enables user entries to be selected and cleared from the SIP Local Registrar Table. When a registrar entry is cleared, only corresponding register sessions are cleared. Other session types (i.e., calls) are unaffected.

Clear the SIP Registrar Counters as follows:

  1. Access the SIP Local Registrar Table. See Viewing SIP Local Registrar Counters.
  2. From the desired entry in the SIP Local Registrar Table, click Counters.
  3. Click the Reset Counters link at the top left-hand of the screen. The SIP counters are cleared.
