Use this object to edit the queue length at the of the HPC call queue at the global level.

The use of the GETS SOFTWARE is restricted in the U.S. and U.S. TERRITORIES to NS/EP users authorized by the Office of the Manager, National Communications System (OMNCS).

  1. Log on to the EMA as admin and navigate to All > Global > Call Queuing.

  2. The Call Queuing window displays.

  3. Edit the Queue Length field.
