Use the Account Removal window to configure the number of days before the SBC removes a user account that is unused. The default is 270 days.

On the SBC main screen, go to All > System > Admin > Account Management > Account Removal 

The Account Removal window opens with the current settings displayed.

Use the following table to change the settings if necessary and then click Save.

Specifies whether removal of inactive accounts is enabled. The options are:

  • Disabled (default)
  • Enabled
Account Removal Period

Specifies the number of days after which an unused account is removed. The range allowed is 60 to 360. The default is 270.
