Use the following screen to configure the Calling Party Category fields.

To View and Edit Calling Party Category

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Digit Parameter Handling > DM PM Criteria > Parameter Criteria > CPC > Calling Party Category.

Select the desired DM/PM Criteria from the drop-down list to view its respective Calling Party Category parameters.

The Calling Party Category window is displayed.
