For SBC CNe deployments, the EMA and EMA in Platform Mode are unsupported. To access SBC UI Manager functionality, log onto RAMP CNF and use the SBC Manager UI.


Beginning with SBC 5.0.0 release, the Platform Manager is integrated with EMA. The Platform Management User Interface (UI) is redesigned and integrated with the EMA UI to provide a seamless UI experience. When SBC EMA is Up, the Platform management screens are directly integrated into the EMA UI. Most platform management features will be available whether the application is Up or Down. Some features, however, are only available when the application is down. This is explained later in this guide.

Platform Manager functionality is henceforth referred to as EMA Platform Mode, or simply Platform Mode. The two modes now available in the EMA are:

  1. EMA Mode (default mode when accessing EMA)
  2. EMA Platform Mode
