This object specifies the parameters associated with the screening service.

To View and Edit Screening

On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Service Profiles > Class Of Service > Screening.

Select the desired Class Of Service from the drop-down list to view its respective Screening parameters.

The Screening window is displayed.

Script

Select the script for this screening service from the drop-down menu. In the CoS you only specify the script you want to use with your screening service. The screening service itself needs to be set up on a call processing element basis (entity based service). The options are:

  • BLOCKING
  • DEFAULT_TERMINATING
  • NONSUB_DENY
  • NO_ROUTES_FOUND
  • SCREENING
  • SONS_PLAY_ANN_MK_CALL
  • SONS_ROUTES_EXHAUSTED
  • SONS_ROUTES_EXHAUSTED_1
  • SONS_ROUTES_EXHAUSTED_2
  • SONS_ROUTES_EXHAUSTED_3
  • SONS_ROUTES_EXHAUSTED_4
  • SONS_ROUTES_EXHAUSTED_5
  • SONS_ROUTES_EXHAUSTED_6
  • SONS_ROUTES_EXHAUSTED_7
  • SONS_ROUTES_EXHAUSTED_8
  • SONS_ROUTES_EXHAUSTED_9
  • TANDEM

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
