Creating a VLAN

To Create a VLAN:

  1. In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.

  2. In the left navigation pane, go to Network Interfaces > Logical Interfaces.

  3. At the top, click Create VLAN I/F. The Create VLAN Interface window is displayed.

  4. Configure the fields. See VLAN Interface Window - Field Definitions.
  5. Click OK.

Interface

The available Logical Interfaces in which you can attach a VLAN as a sub-interface. When you select an Interface and a VLAN ID, the VLAN sub-interface will appear in the Logical Interfaces table. For details on Logical Interfaces, see Managing Logical Interfaces. Valid entry: select from the drop down list.

VLAN ID

The unique value configured for the VLAN sub-interface.Valid entry: 1 - 4094.

Modifying a VLAN

To modify a VLAN:

  1. Click the expand () Icon next to the entry you wish to modify.
  2. Edit the entry properties as required. See  VLAN Interface Window - Field Definitions.
