Action

To identify the reason for the inactivity: SC/SLB/SG app failure or network glitch.

If a network glitch in the ha0 network caused this issue, work on the network restoration.

Impact

Port chunks allocated to the SC/SLB/SG pods are released. Hence, corresponding SC/SLB/SG clients won't be able to Rx/Tx packets, leading to call failures.
