Character Manipulation - Replacement
This field describes the parameters of the Character Manipulation.
To View and Edit Character Manipulation
On SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Digit Parameter Handling > Dm Pm Rule > Sub Rule > Parameter Manipulation > Character Manipulation.
Select the desired Dm Pm Rule and the Sub Rule from the drop-down list to view its respective Character Manipulation parameters.
The Character Manipulation window is displayed.

The following fields are displayed:

Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
Start Character Position | The value should be within (0-22). |
Number of Characters | The value should be within (0-64). |
Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
