Use this object to configure the Character Match fields.

To View and Edit Character Match

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Digit Parameter Handling > DM PM Criteria > Parameter Criteria > Character Match.

Select the desired DM/PM Criteria from the drop-down list to view its respective Character Match parameters.

The Character Match window is displayed.

  • Start Character Position
  • Match Value
Operation

The type of operations supported. 

  • Ignore (default)
  • Equals
  • Not Equals

Make the required changes and click Save.
