This field describes the parameters of the Presentation.

To View and Edit Presentation

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Digit Parameter Handling > DM PM Criteria > Parameter Criteria > Calling Name > Presentation.

Select the desired DM/PM Criteria from the drop-down list to view its respective Presentation parameters.

The Presentation window is displayed.
