In the EMA, navigate to All > Profiles > Signaling > Atprofile > Include ATCF_ > Criteria_.
The window Criteria_ appears.

Select the appropriate Atprofile from the drop-down menu Atprofile.
The window Edit Criteria_ appears.

Roaming UE | When this check-box is enabled, ATCF is included in the registration path only when the UE is roaming. |
Non Roaming UE | When this check-box is enabled, ATCF is included in the registration path only when the UE is not roaming. |
Click Save to save the changes made. Click Undo Edits to roll back to the configuration before edits are made and saved the last time.
On saving successfully, the following message appears:
If the Atprofile selected from the drop-down menu Atprofile does not allow Criteria_ to be set, the Criteria_ window looks like this:
It happens because the field Criteria is not chosen while configuring Include ATCF_. In such case, the window Edit Criteria_ does not appear.
To configure and edit Criteria for the chosen Atprofile, from the EMA, navigate to All > Profiles > Signaling > Atprofile > Include ATCF_.
From the drop-down menu Atprofile appearing in the window Include ATCF_, select the Atprofile for which Criteria needs to be configured.
Select the field Criteria in the window Edit Include ATCF_.
Click Save to save the changes.
