In this section:
Use the Cns Group Data window to add Cns group data objects to an existing Cns group profile. A profile can contain up to 8 Cns group data objects to specify the servers to receive call notifications. Cns group profiles and Cns group data objects are used with the SBC's call notification feature. Refer to Sending Unsolicited Call Notifications to Application Servers for more information on call notification.
To View Cns Group Data Objects
On the SBC main screen, go to All > Global > Servers > Cns Group > Cns Group Profile > Cns Group Data
The Cns Group Data window opens.

To Create a Cns Group Data Object
A group data object must be created within a specific Cns group profile. To create a Cns group data object:
- In CNS Group Profile, select the name of the profile to which you want to add another Cns group data object. The New Cns Group Data option becomes available.
Click New Cns Group Data. The Create New Cns Group Data window opens.
Use the following table to configure the options and then click Save.
Table 1: Cns Group Data ParametersParameter Description Sequence Specifies a sequence number for a server within the group. If the Load Distribution type for the profile is Sequence, the SBC attempts to send call notifications to the servers in their specified sequence. The range allowed is 0 - 7. Transport Specifies the transport type to use for sending notifications to this server. Currently the only type is UDP. Remote Address Specifies an IP address or FQDN of up to 63 characters for the server to receive call notifications. Remote Port Specifies the number of a port to send call notifications on the server. The default is 5060. Call Notify TGID Specifies the name of a trunk group through which the SBC sends call notifications.
To Edit a Cns Group Data Object
Select the Cns group data object by clicking the radio button adjacent to it. The Edit Selected Cns Group Data window opens.
- Make the required changes and click Save.
To Copy a Cns Group Data Object
Select the Cns group data object by clicking the radio button adjacent to it.
Click Copy Cns Group Data. The Copy Selected Cns Group Data window opens.
- Make changes and click Save.
To Delete a Cns Group Data Object
Select the Cns group data object by clicking the radio button adjacent to it.
- Click the Delete icon (X) at the end of the row.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
