This window show statistics for different types of call statuses for the node as a whole.
On the SBC main screen, go to Monitoring > Trunks and Subscribers > Sessions > Call Count Status or
Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Tools > Statistics Status and Usage > Call Count Status or
All > Global > Call Count Status
The Call Count Status window is displayed.

Parameter | Description |

Call Attempts | Total number of call attempts on this server. |
Call Completions | Total number of call attempts that were completed on this server. |
Active Calls | Current number of active calls on the SBC. This count reflects the actual live calls independent of the state of the call (setup, stable, updating or clearing). |
Stable Calls | Current number of stable managed calls on this server. |
Call Updates | Total number of call updates (re-INVITEs or any other triggers that result in a call transitioning to transient state/stable state). |

Total Calls | Current number of calls on the server. |

Total Calls Emerg Establishing | Current number of emergency calls currently in the 'establishing' state. |
Total Calls Emerg Stable | Current number of emergency stable calls currently on the SBC. Stable calls are calls that are fully stable, connected and media cut-through, that will survive a failover. This excludes calls in establishing, clearing and updating states, which will not survive switchover. |
