Use the Param window to add or edit parameters within a specified entry within a specified SIP Param Based Action profile. Entries that are configured to use the Match Type of Full can include more than one parameter in the entry.  

Refer to Signaling - SIP Param Based Action Profile for information on SIP Param Based Action profiles. Refer to SIP Param Based Action Profile - Entry for information on creating entries within a SIP Param Based Action profile.

To View SIP Param Based Action Profile Entry Parameters

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Signaling > SIP Param Based Action Profile > Entry > Param

To Create a New SIP Param Based Action Profile Entry Parameter

To create a new SIP Param Based Action profile entry parameter:

  1. In SIP Param Based Action Profile, select the name of the specific profile you want to work with. 
  2. In Entry, select the index number of the specific entry you want to work with. Only entries configured to use the Match Type of Full support having multiple parameter values.
  3. Click New Param. The Create New Param window opens.

  4. In Param Entry, enter an additional parameter value for the entry and then click Save.

To Edit a SIP Param Based Action Profile Entry Parameter

To edit a SIP Param Based Action profile entry parameter:

  1. Click the radio button next to the name of the parameter entry you want to edit. The Edit Selected Param window opens.
  2. Make the required changes and click Save.

To Copy a SIP Param Based Action Profile Entry Parameter

To copy a SIP Param Based Action profile entry parameter: 

  1. Click the radio button next to the name of the parameter entry you want to copy.

  2. Click Copy Param. The Copy Selected Param window opens.
  3. Make the required changes and click Save.

To Delete a SIP Param Based Action Profile Entry Parameter

To delete a SIP Param Based Action profile entry parameter :

  1. Click the radio button next to the name of the parameter entry you want to delete.
  2. Click the delete icon (X) at the end of the row.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
