If the SBC is configured to retrieve subscriber data from an Active Directory (AD) server, use this window to view the status of data synchronization between the SBC and the AD server.

On the SBC main screen, go to All > System > Ad Sync Status

The Ad Sync Status window opens.

Ad Sync Status

The window contains the following output:

ParameterDescription
Ad Sync Module NameIdentifies the AD server
Ad Sync Status

Specifies one of the following status values:

  • Never Synced - data has never been synced
  • Sync In Progress - sync is currently in progress
  • Sync Completed - data sync was successfully completed
  • Sync Failed - the sync operation failed
 Ad Time Stamp The timestamp of the last successful sync operation
