Specifies the attributes for dual tone configuration.

To View and Edit Dual Tone

On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Media Profiles > Tone Profile > Dual Tone.

Select the desired Tone Profile from the drop-down list to view its respective Dual Tone parameters.

The Dual Tone window is displayed.

Dual Tone Parameters

Parameter

Description

Tone1Frequency

Specifies Tone 1 Frequency in Hertz.

If 0, then silence is generated. Only valid if generation method is singleTone, dualTone, or compositeTone.

Tone1Power

Specifies Tone 1 Power in dBm.

Power levels range from -50 dBm (minimum power) to +3 dBm (maximum power). Only valid if generation method is singleTone, dualTone, or compositeTone.

Tone2Frequency

Specifies Tone 2 Frequency in Hertz.

If 0, then a single frequency tone is generated. Only valid if generation method is dualTone or compositeTone.

Tone2Power

Specifies Tone 2 Power in dBm.

Power levels range from -50 dBm (minimum power) to +3 dBm (maximum power). Only valid if generation method is dualTone or compositeTone.

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
