Specifies various digit detection attributes for Digit Profile.
On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Digit Profiles > Digit Profiles > Dtmf Detect.
Select the desired Digit Profile from the drop-down list to view its respective Dtmf Detect parameters.
The Dtmf Detect window is displayed.
The following fields are displayed:
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Min Power | Specifies minimum power level in dBm required for digit detection. The value ranges from -45 to -25 dBm and the default value is -45. |
Min On Duration | Specifies minimum tone duration in milliseconds required for digit detection. The value must be increments of 5ms. The value ranges from 25 to 80 milliseconds and the default value is 35 milliseconds. |
Min Off Duration | Specifies minimum tone duration in milliseconds required for digit detection. The value must in increments of 5ms. The value ranges from 25 to 80 milliseconds and the default value is 25 milliseconds. |
Frequency Range | Specifies frequency tolerances for digit detection. The value represents accept and reject ranges. Frequencies detected within the accept range will result in digit detection. Frequencies detected outside the reject range will not result in digit detection. The options are:
|
Twist Cutoff | Specifies the ratio of high group power to low. Twist ratios below the twist cutoff will result in digit detection. Twist ratios above the twist cutoff will result in digit rejection. The value ranges from 4 to 12 dB and the default value is 8 dB. This parameter is used only for DTMF digit detection. |
