Using the Easy Configuration wizard to configure the SBC Edge (SBC) does not modify existing configuration. The wizard will simply add the new configuration elements to the SBC.

The SBC Easy Config interface includes a built-in, step-by-step setup configuration wizard to enable quick and easy deployment of an SBC in a Microsoft Teams environment.

The following SIP Trunks are supported:

  • ATT SIP Trunk
  • KDDI SIP Trunk
  • NTT DOCOMO Officelink
  • Other SIP Trunk
  • SoftBank ConnecTalk
  • Softbank White Office
  • Telstra Enterprise SIP Connect
  • Verizon SIP Trunk

NTT DOCOMO Officelink, SoftBank ConnecTalk, Softbank White Office and Telstra Enterprise SIP Connect are supported in the SBC Edge 1000-2000 only.

Depending on the SIP trunk selected, the specific configuration fields are displayed in the Wizard. These are noted below.

Step 1 - Select Scenario

These instructions assume the SBC Easy Config wizard is running. See Using the Easy Configuration Wizard.

Select the Application type (SIP Trunk↔ Microsoft Teams). Specify the scenario details in the fields that apply for your deployment. When you have selected values for all fields, click Next to move to Step 2. Or, click Cancel to return to the main WebUI screen.
