To downgrade the SBC application software prior to an initial deployment and/or configuration, follow the steps below.

Note

Navigate to the Documentation Portal and locate the SBC software installation documentation associated with the software version being downgraded to for installation steps. 

  1. ISO install the required ConnexIP OS version (SBC 5xx0/5400/7000 only).
    1. Re-Installing ConnexIP Operating System for SBC 5000 Series
    2. Re-Installing ConnexIP Operating System for SBC 7000 Series.
  2. Install the required SBC application.
  3. For HA configuration, repeat the above steps for the second server.
