The Call Status Table allows you to see what calls have been made to 911 or a PSAP number. The

SBC 1000/2000 maintains bindings between the Lync user extension and the ELIN number so that if there is a PSAP callback, the

SBC 1000/2000 can route the call to the originating Lync Extension.

The Call Status Table displays information about the calling number/extension, the calling IP Address, when the call was placed and its duration. The information in the table is maintained for a period of time specified the Emergency Services Configuration page of the User Interface.

Viewing the Call Status Table

To view the Call Status Table:

  1. In the WebUI, click the Settings tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, go to Emergency Services > Call Status Table.
