This object provides ping state, local admin state and remote admin state for a peer.
On the
Unable to show "metadata-from": No such page "_space_variables"
main screen, go to Monitoring > Zone > Zone Specific > Peer Pathchk Status. The Peer Pathchk Status window is displayed.Figure 1: Zone Specific - Peer Pathchk Status
By default only ten entries are displayed in a view. You can choose the number of entries to be displayed under the Show entries drop down box.
The Peer Pathchk Status can be checked for each Address Context or for each Zone or for all the Address Contexts and Zones created. Use the drop-down box to select the desired Address Contexts and Zones.
The conditions available for Ping State are described in the table below:
Table 1: Ping State Conditions
| Condition | Description |

| Up | When the peer/targetIpAddress ping status is successful. |
| Down | When the peer/targetIpAddress ping status is unsuccessful. |
| Active | When the state of "pathCheckPath" is enabled. |
| Inactive | When the state of "pathCheckPath" is disabled. |
The conditions available for Local Admin State are described in the table below:

| Down | When the peer options ping status is unsuccessful. |
| Blocking | When the peer path check command state is set to "block". |
| Unblocking | When the peer path check command state is set to "unblock". |
