Use this object to configure Call Recording Criteria to associate with SRS Group Clusters. The SBC supports up to call recording criteria entities.
To View Call Recording Criteria
On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Global > Servers > Call Recording Criteria. The Call Recording Criteria window is displayed.
To Create Call Recording Criteria
Click New Call Recording Criteria on the Call Recording Criteria List window. The Create New Call Recording Criteria window is displayed.
Create New Call Recording Criteria
- Enter call recording criteria values using the following table and click Save.
Call Recording Criteria Parameters
Parameter | Length/Range | Description |

Name | 0-23 characters | Unique Call Recording Criteria name. |
Srs Group Cluster ID | N/A | Select the name of an SRS Group Cluster to associate with this call recording criteria. |
Ingress TG ID | N/A | Ingress trunk group ID. The call originating from this trunk group is recorded. |
Egress TG ID | N/A | Egress trunk group ID. The call terminating to this trunk group is recorded. |
Calling Party ID | 0-9 digits up to 30 characters | The calling party number for which the call is recorded. (default = NULL) |
Called Party ID | 0-9 digits up to 30 characters | The called party number for which the call is recorded. (default = NULL) |
Next Hop IP | IPv4/IPv6 format | IP address of the next hop. (default - 0.0.0.0) |
Previous Hop IP | IPv4/IPv6 format | IP address of the previous hop. (default = 0.0.0.0) |
Recording Type | N/A | Call legs to record. - All Legs (default)

To Edit Call Recording Criteria
Select the Call Recording Criteria by clicking the radio button adjacent to it in the Call Recording Criteria List window. The Edit Selected Call Recording Criteria window is displayed.
- Make changes and click Save.
To Copy Call Recording Criteria
Select the Call Recording Criteria by clicking the radio button adjacent to it in the Call Recording Criteria List window.
Click Copy Call Recording Criteria on the Call Recording Criteria List window. The Copy Selected Call Recording Criteria window is displayed.
- Make changes and click Save.
To Delete Call Recording Criteria
Select the Call Recording Criteria by clicking the radio button adjacent to it in the Call Recording Criteria List window.
- Click the X on the right end of the selected row.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
