Use the Retry Profile to configure a trigger/action rule to specify that when a particular response code (and optional warning code) is received (the trigger), the SBC performs a fallback action (fallback SRTP to RTP, fallback to IPV4 or fallback to IPV6). The SBC then reattempts an INVITE with the updated Session Description Protocol (SDP) offer based on the action configured for the received error response and warning code. 

To View Retry Profile

  1. On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Profiles > Services > Retry Profile.
  2. The Retry Profile window is displayed.

To Edit Retry Profile

  1. Select the Retry Profile from the Retry Profile List window.

  2. The Edit Selected Retry Profile window is displayed.

  3. Make changes and click Save. Click Clear to cancel the changes.

To Copy Retry Profile

  1. Select the Retry Profile from the Retry Profile List window.

  2. Click Copy Retry Profile on the Retry Profile List window.
  3. The Copy Selected Retry Profile window is displayed.

  4. Make changes and click Save. Click Clear to cancel the changes.

To Create Retry Profile

  1. Click New Retry Profile on the Retry Profile List window.
  2. The Create New Retry Profile window is displayed.

  3. Make changes and click Save. Click Clear to cancel the changes.

To Delete Retry Profile

  1. Select the Retry Profile from the Retry Profile List window.

  2. Click the delete icon corresponding to the selected Retry Profile. 
  3. The Delete retryProfile dialog-box is displayed.

  4. Click Yes to confirm deletion, or No to cancel it.
  5. On successful deletion, a success message is displayed.
  6. Click Ok on the success message to complete the deletion process.
